This month, I received the March Boxycharm which was full of goodies!
This month had a fun and interesting selection of products including a banana scented product. How neat is that?

So this month’s box was named “Lucky”, presumably after St. Patrick’s day which is tomorrow (March 17th)!
I’m an Irish girl and love celebrating this holiday, so having a box named after it was fun to see.
I was hoping for maybe some green products or something of that nature, but it was a typical Boxycharm range of products.
As some of you may or may not know, Boxycharm is a makeup subscription box that offers high-end products or high quality products for only about $25 a month.
In these boxes, you will usually receive 5 full-size beauty products! The total amount per box has always been over the $25 that I have paid. To me, a beauty enthusiast who loves trying new makeup and seeing innovative products, the box is definitely worth it!
Here is an overview of what I received this month! I’ll get into the product details and prices below!
I’ll be using the information card that Boxycharm gave out for the MSRP and product descriptions!
The first product is the KAB Cosmetics Hydrating Lip Oil in “Honeydew”. I love that this product is kind of like a grown-up Lipsmackers! Lol.
I’ve been using this product for the past few days, and I love the texture of the product. It is moisturizing, the scent of the product isn’t overbearing, and I love the fruitiness of it. The lip oil is extremely glossy at first, but does not continue to stay at this initial intensity. It also appears orange in the photos, but it is more of a subtle tint of color.
This product sells for $20.00.
The next product is something that I was pretty excited for!
This is the Lime Crime Venus 3 Eyeshadow Palette, which sells for $38.00.
I’m a history nerd and studied the history of art in western civilizations. I studied Greek art and the details that images depict. So seeing this palette made me very happy!
Not to mention, the shadows are gorgeous! My personal favorites are “Beam” and “Heavenly”.
Boxycharm describes these eyeshadows as “ultra-buttery” and I have to say, I agree!
Also, by this point I had already applied the KAB Cosmetics Lip Oil… so of course I tried to take some artistic selfies while showing off my lips! haha.
The third product in March’s Boxycharm is the Frank Body Flow Mask. This product is a moisturizing face mask that is to, as it is named, give your skin a healthy glow! The product sells for $21.95!
The next product is just SO fun. Loving these Avocado Hydrating Eye Masks from The Beauty Crop! Thet sell for $18.00.
I’ve used one of the sets and loved how cooling they felt for my undereyes. The eye masks are filled with avocado and green tea which helps to treat the puffiness of baggy eyes!
I also had a headache while using them, so I shifted them from underneath my eyes to my temples. Wow, did this help so much!! (Most likely from the cool temperature of the masks, but still useful).
The final product in the “Lucky” box, is the Glow Recipe Banana Soufflรฉ Moisture Cream. Which holy smokes, it smells just like a banana flavored Laffy Taffy.
Honestly, at first I thought that this product was a tad weird. Who wants to smell like a banana? HOWEVER, I have been using this every single day since I received it, so I guess I do. Lol.
I simply tried this product at first to smell it and to see if it worked well. I’m known amongst my family and friends as the type of person who is constantly using lotion and moisturizing. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that this was one of the first products that I tested from the box.
I can confidently say, that this product works on my skin. I didn’t even know how dry my skin was until I applied the product.
Also, the scent is strong at first; however, it does turn into just a slight sweet scent – not so much banana-y.
(This has been fiance tested. Poor guy has had to keep smelling my face! haha).
